ToreTomo (the "App") respects your privacy and is provided in accordance with the policy below.
The App stores data such as your workout menus and workout records in local storage on your device. The developer does not collect this information, and it is not sent to the developer's servers.
However, if you use "Google Drive Backup" (described below), this data is saved to your own Google Drive. In addition, the information described under "Advertising" and "In-App Purchases" is collected by Google.
The App uses an internet connection to display ads, verify in-app purchases, and perform Google Drive backups. Apart from these, basic features such as logging and viewing your workouts work without an internet connection.
The App uses Google AdMob, an ad serving service from Google LLC, to serve ads. Video ads are shown between workout sets.
To serve ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising ID (Android advertising ID), IP address, device and OS information, and ad impression data. This information is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy. The developer does not identify individuals from this information.
The App does not include any analytics tools other than those used for ad serving.
The App offers a "Pro plan" (one-time purchase). Once purchased, ads are no longer shown. Google Play handles the purchase process and payment, and the developer does not collect payment information such as credit card numbers. To check whether you have already purchased the Pro plan, the App queries your purchase history from Google Play at launch.
Only if you connect Google Drive from the Settings screen are your workout menus and workout records saved as backup data in an area of your own Google Drive that is dedicated to this App. Once connected, the backup is updated automatically whenever your data changes. The saved data cannot be viewed by anyone else, including the developer. Unless you connect Google Drive, no data is sent by this feature.
The App uses the following permissions.
The App has a feature to share your workout results to X (formerly Twitter) and a feature to generate menu-suggestion prompts for AI services (Claude, ChatGPT). These features call other apps through the sharing feature (Android intent) provided by the OS, and the App itself does not automatically send your data to these services. Whether to share or paste anything is entirely up to your own actions.

The App is not primarily directed at children, and we do not collect any special personal information from children. For information that Google collects in connection with ad serving, see "Advertising" above.
This policy may be changed in response to changes in laws or changes to the App's features. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
